A homeowner had a water damage and didn't take care of it.  He left the home vowing to never return.  Unfortunately, due to the fluctuation in the temperatures, he had to return because the smell emanating from the structure was unbearable for the neighbors.

Upon arrival, our team found that there had not been just one water loss, but multiple over the course of time.  The whole home had been touched by the mold.  Their first step was to dry everything out.  Then the demolition began.  After months of going through the whole home, it was finally ready for the rebuild process.
